Umm...eh? The numbers don't come out at all.

500 megahertz = 500,000,000 cycles per second
500 megahertz * 1000 ops per cycle = 500,000,000,000 ops per second
1051 O.P.S. / 500,000,000,000 O.P.S = a number much less than 1039
