Heh... not very likely! The primary job of the Ethics branch of CoS is to
PREVENT anybody from "altering the tech"... It's the biggest ethics
violation there is.
Besides... my knowledge of the CoS IS from 20 years ago.

I'm sorry phil... I'm fairly new to this group and I don't know you by
reputation, so I can't tell whether this is meant as a joke or if you are
being completely factual or even delusional.
My guess would be the second option, but I'm so gullible that I ended up a
member of the CoS for 3 years. When I was young, my dad told me I was
gullible... and I believed him. ö¿ö
