But isn't that why we have the separation of powers? Isn't it the Judicial
Branch's responsibility to *judge* the constitutionality of any laws that
Congress passes? Since when does a Judge become a pawn to the Legislative
Branch while simultaneously acting as if he was the Executive Branch when he
"enforces" the law as you put it?
