It's good to be cynical of studies that are bought and paid for--after all,
there are plenty of PhD's out of work. However, the study from Hawaii looked
pretty good, and as a vegetarian I did not like having to read it. But there
are plenty of other veggie protein sources--like whole grains--and they
don't have all those phytoestrogens in them.
