I'm not exactly surprised by your announcement, Eli,
after seeing your contribution to the "Why We Believe"
thread I started not long ago.
I've only recently become willing to admit my
atheistic tendencies myself. And I'm still scared to
admit it at work! It's hard to describe how crazy it
seems to me that I should feel anxious about that.
Like it's this secret club where we do horrid things.
Like many others on this list, I have formed a great
respect for you. I genuinely hope you and your family
get through this without too much pain or distress.
