This is really good news for terraforming..
I would want a program which was a model of mars, and would tell me the
global effects of putting a "city" in a certain location. Do you think this
could be why it's NASA doing the study?

There was one in Salt Lake City a year ago which came out of nowhere and
went right for the center of the city.
