Perhaps this was written by someone who was last here in 1937. We don't even *have* coins usable for that purpose any longer. (Pennies went out back in the '60s, I dimly recall.)

Now one-armed bandits and Lotto - yes, those forms of the moron tax are on the galloping increase. Oh, and speaking of `galloping'...
