Another hurried update: While trying to meet a deadline today in a case for
which I'm being paid a fee :-), I am collating and reviewing the information
from my own records, the responses I've had to off-list emails and the two
"indictments" prepared by Jeff Davis and Harvey Newstrom (the court thanks
them for their assistance). I hope to annouce some ruling before the
weekend, but may not be able to.
