Since copyright is simply state recognition that ideas that are original and originate with me belong to me (a Natural Right as per the 9th Amendment), while taxes are a right delegated to the state by the people, all tax law must comply with the letter and spirit of that delegation. Income tax is not a constitutional delegation of that power, which is why it is explicitly a voluntary system which the government forces people to volunteer through the widespread use of the Social Security and Nationalized Banking systems. Apples and Oranges.
