I've stopped giving such precise citations because oftentimes people
cannot type that into their browser and go straight to the page
cited due to the way the websites are coded. In a month, that
citation will not work because they will archive the article into a
different file folder. If someone goes into the archives at later
point and pulls out that citation, it won't work.
