Rather than recruit or enlist, perhaps "welcome."
ExI has certainly been a breeding ground for brilliant minds to come
together and a main source of transhuman brain flexing. (It's bootstrapped
my IQ a notch or 2.)
ExI does so much for the transhuman community that I like the idea of
bringing in new members or at least folks to participate in is projects.
More members can only help keep it going, and spearheading transhumanity.
