Interesting idea. As a neuoscientist, I'm a bit sceptical about
whether this is possible even in principle - we are not very good at
distinguishing real and imagined memories, so under some
circumstances even a "perfect" truth drug would fail (although fMRI
studies may help here). The problem also lies in whether something as
simple as a drug could compel truthfulness; we might need invasive
nanodevices.
