Incredible. NASA has attatched a full-time historian to this project, which
is perhaps 1% of its total funding. I can only conclude that NASA has a
full-time historical staff, containing roughly a hundred employees, whose
purpose is to fatten themselves on taxpayer dollars, while bombarding the
people who do the actual work with memos requesting information and urging
proper techniques for archiving documents. My government is crazy.
