I recently begun taking Creatine and, according to the instructions, I
started with a "loading" phase. Four tablespoons per day vs. 1
tablespoon per day with the latter being the maintanence dosage. I am
trying the substance to see if it increases my performance in the
martial arts.

A friend of mine, who is a body builder and who ingests Creatine, told
me to skip the loading phase and take only the maintenance dosage
because after a month the Creatine level would be the same with either

Can someone comment on this? I haven't read the book talked about in
a few months past, I have only read some online literature which didn't
skipping the loading phase.
