My observations:
1) They don't look unusually ugly to me. With a smile, some of them might
even be above average (I don't think Thang Thanh Nguyen is bad, for
example). What incentive would the FBI have to show a smiling, happy,
attractive photo?

2) Except for the airplane bombing, and maybe the Alvarez multiple-murder
suspect, it looks like a pretty anemic set of crimes to me. If these are
the most dangerous people in the country, the place must be pretty safe.
What, not the most dangerous, but the most wanted? (sarcastically) Now
_why_ would there be a difference?
