This could be misleading. ExI has *not* committed to using the Javien
filtering system. This is not even very public right now, since they are in
development stage. We are certainly hoping that Javien's system will be
suitable for this list (or for new more focused lists), but we will not
decide that until ExI's decision-makers have been able to familiarize
themselves with the final working software.

I'm trying very hard *not* to discuss how to improve the List right now,
since I am focusing on Extro-5. I *will* get to it, and have several
options available that we will be sifting through and deciding on.

Finally, Earth to Eliezer: The Extropians List is not "dead" or dying.
After ten years it continues to flourish. It may not function just the way
you personally want. That has nothing to do with whether it is dying.

A number of people are sure they know how the List should work. They all
see it differently. This should be a clue as to how to think about the
problem. (And reading Robin Hanson's recent paper wouldn't hurt.)
