Didn't anyone notice the following in the original news article?:
"...Kansas Senator Sam Brownback in introducing the
measure."
That's Kansas, as in the-teaching-of-evolution-is(was
momentarily)-banned-in-the-skools Kansas
and
"Previous attempts to pass legislation banning human cloning have
been unsuccessful."
It makes sense to take note of this governmental activity, but I think
premature to get one's panties all in a twist.
