You can decide these things on a case by case basis. In the case of some
Senators, obviously nature has let us down. OTOH, genetic researchers may
exhibit harmful bias as to types of humans to manufacture. As an alternative
to either of these, have you considered the possibility of surpassing
manufactured humans by synthesizing that which makes us human?
