Yeah, he made a big deal about his inability to define quality. Today we have
google to tell us: "A high quality Internet resource is one that meets the
information needs of the user."

Quality: How Do You Define It

My favorite:
Quality: The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service
that bears on its ability to satisfy given needs.

No matter how convulsive the enigma, self-organization somehow insinuates
itself to produce a recognizable pattern. Sometimes it seems like intelligence
infuses all of existence... saving human brains for last.
