OK, the specific game its from, for the uninformed, is a 1989 Sega game
called Zero Wing, which never met much commercial success here in the
US.

It seems the 1369 Coffeehouse in Central Square in Cambridge has the
following in its menu:
"All your quiche are belong to us". You know its old when its gotten
morphed into a quiche joke.
