Seems that I read of PETA complaining about animal vaccinations, because it
makes it possible for farmers to exploit the animals more easily...
What is the justification in Europe for NOT vaccinating herds? From all I
have read, HMD is non-fatal, confers immunity, and has no effect in humans.
If it was similar to TB, perhaps I could understand mass "culls".
