Here's a preliminary rendering:

The ring wings are embedded with induction coils, the rear acting doubly
as a ram/scram engine with radial aerospike design, with everything aft
of the forward ring wing being essentially fuel, likely a kerosene/LOX
or kerosene/H2O2.
