I have always had an appreciation for Jewish intellectualism. When
I was in Catholic grammer school, I once won an area wide bible
competition, when asked how I learned so much about the bible I
said it was from watching "The Magic Door". My favorite teacher, a
nun who sponsored me in the contest laughed herself silly.
I became fascinated with the Talmud after seeing the movie "Yentl".
