Roger that. At work I know several people by the sound of their
footsteps. I am known for making no sound at all when I walk.
I have always worn running shoes even with wool suits. It looks
a little strange, but my reasoning is that any sound is energy, going
out with every step. So silent is good, but I must take care to not
startle people. spike
