I think that the dumber a president is, the less effective he will be in
interfering with the smooth running of the nation and economy. If I had to
choose the best Republican to be president, I'd pick Dan Quayle, since he
really wouldn't be smart enough to turn any of his agenda into something
besides a stack of signed bills.
