Explain to me how running a red light at an intersection when there are
no pedestrians or other cars present is a crime? (legally, it isn't a
crime, but a 'moving violation'. If its up to the government's power to
regulate how you move, the well recognised right of free transit is
clearly in confiscation.) Anyone on this list should be up in arms in
opposition to enforcement of any victimless crime or reglatory
violation. Heck as Americans its our god given duty to break laws we
feel are wrong, and get away with it when we can.
