I have a way to settle this. Lets replace all police guns with so
called "smart guns". The first few who are killed by malfunctions
should put an end to this nonsense.

Good idea! I’m a (free) pistol (target) shooter. So I do not like smart
guns too. But now, even in Italy, kids are carrying pistols,
sometimes. That’s a different problem. A problem, nevertheless.
