The first reference I had to the Zone diet was in an Institute for Molecular
Manufacturing Senior Associate letter where Eric Drexler recommended Sears'
work. That's what I consider a reliable source. The Anti_Aging Zone was
extremely interesting: the source for a lot of information about human
physiology I hadn't come across before.
