In Savage's book about colonizing the universe he makes mention (and shows a
picture of) an interesting airship.
It looks kinda like a manta ray hanging under a beachball holding on via it's
wingtips at the horizontal axis of the beachball.
The idea is that the ballon (the beachball) is powered...it spins....this
supposedly gives it advantages.
I've been searching the web for more info for several weeks now (off and on)
and have come up dry....anyone else have any ideas on this interesting
looking airship?
