With accelerometers in the nightsticks so you can measure how hard Rodney is
getting his butt stomped (maybe boot cams too while we are at it.) The free
broadcast is a good idea, you'll get lots of guys just following cops around to
get footage, recording their own homegrown versions of Cops, broadcast on the web.
