I'm reading a lot of discussion around what's right or wrong with the existing proposals for Flat Tax. Throw out the existing models, obviously there's enough concern around them to warrant a fresh look.
If you were going to design a Flat Tax proposal, how would it look? Let's start with concepts first, we can work down into details later.
