Without hesitation: The culture of the Aristoi. With the Banksian Culture coming in second.

I suspect that especially extropian transhumanists would find the institutions of the Logarchy implausibly statist, but seems to me that the Aristoi actually had a civilization worth fighting for. (Banks seems to think that Cultural institutions are spontaneous and practically inevitable products of diaspora -- so this probably seems more congenial to most transhumanists here and now.) Both utopias are nicely hedonic lefty domestications of the singularity, tho' -- and I'm all for that!
