If you try voice recognition software I would recommend Naturally Speaking by Dragon software. I have the pro. version running on a 450 PentiumII with 256megs of RAM and it is very quick and accurate. I did not have as good of results with the IBM product mentioned above.
Just my thoughts for what they are worth.
