Ironically one rather far-fetched theory broached
by a respondent about the grid-work contrail making
team of jets is that they are happening mostly over
rural areas, and their proposition was that it was
an effort to sterilize the conservative anti-NWO
strong hold that country-side communities can be,
killing them off as agribusiness conglomerates take
over, so if that was true, it really would be "spaying."
