Good show, Damien, old chap! (I'm trying not to lose that English accent.)

I found Diaspora disappointing compared to Egan's other novels. Given my
tastes, it would be hard to beat Egan at his best. I confess I haven't read
your novels yet, but I will definitely pick up The White Abacus next time
I'm visiting the local SF bookstore.

Congratulations, and do have something in the works to win the 1998 or 1999
