Recognizing Life as supremely and absolutely essential, indespensable,
necessary and needed to know, feel, experience and be aware of
all that is right, good, true, just, and real;
Accepting Deathism to be a threat, menace, danger, hazard, peril, and evil,
to the life, liberty, happiness, peace, security, and justice
of all beings, persons, subjects, and sentients in existence, universally;
The government of Universal Sovereign hereby proclaims this declaration
to be in accordance with the will of Life itself.
