No 'maybe' to it. It's called quality control. A
benefit of technology/progress.

Perhaps more important, an end to the legion of the
brain-and-spirit-damaged superlosers exploited by the
Rifkin/Limbaugh's of this world (in their search for
the perfect Lewinsky?)(I recommend a genetically
emhanced spine made supple enough to permit one to
fellate oneself (or, in the case of Margeret Thatcher,
'himself'.))
