No.

It's the most fundamental question that a person can ask oneself:

"Do you want to live, or not?"

"No" means endlessly falling in the deep abyss. No responsibility
for one's life.

"Yes" means 'saving yourself' in the deep abyss. Taking responsibility
for one's life.

Then if the answer is: 'yes',

"How to live, being completely true to oneself?"

(that's where the next step: 'know thyself' enters)

One can't do very much good in the external world if their
internal world is flailing about, don't you think?
