Jeff,
I sympathize with your frustration with the mainstream medical establishment for
ignoring cryonics. However, at this time, in my opinion, suing medical
providers for malpractice for failing to offer/promote cryonics would result in
a severe backlash against cryonics. This would be unfortunate, as recent media
coverage of cryonics ihas gone from portraying cryonicists as "head freezing
quacks" to "bleeding edge biotechnology enthusiasts". As someone else recently
wrote, if cryonics is so beneficial, why would we have to sue people to force
them to use it?
