Gaming in-jokes... they all have quite a few, especially Tribes (like this'n) and Quake. The first post on that page had some screencaps from the game "Zero Wing", in which you can see many examples of what seems to be some other language very poorly translated to English. One of the gems which the Tribes-ers caught on to was "All your base are belong to us!"; an element of the Earthsiege/Starsiege/Tribes games is "bases". :-) Then, of course, there's the "llama" jokes... ;-)
