He means you, John. The main problem with societal problems is that they
are typically created by self centered people who perceive themselves as
do gooders out to solve the world's problems, and think that nobody else
can be trusted to do it, that humans are no damn good, untrustworthy
grunts who need to be told what to do. These busy body attitudes are
what causes the problems they claim to want to solve.
