Prison is morally properly used, if not for rehabilitation, then to
isolate the criminal from the society (and the individuals in it) the
criminal has chosen to disrespect the rights of. Violation of the social
contract of trust requires divorce, separation, and restraining order of
the violator from the rest of us.
