Very well stated, Hal. We started sliding down the slippery slope when we learned
to use fire. Every new tool we have invented has reshaped our hands. George Will
has got it right; the direct reshaping of humanity is going to happen. I think I
will write him a little note letting him know he is correct, and encouraging him
to enjoy the ride.
