Err...have you ever hand-coded HTML? It doesn't take a super geek, at
least for the basic level she needs. I've taught HTML to total
nongeeks (they knew how to use Word, but that's it) in under 15
minutes. (Granted, only up to ultra-basic "and the rest comes from
experience; read this doc and play around with it 'til you're
comfortable" level, but *still*...)
