No, this is incorrect. Kurzweil's figures (in _The Age of Spiritual
Machines_) describe a human brain to be capable of 10^16 calculations per
second. 10^12 is the equivalent of the brain of a mouse, though I have met
some mice which are markedly smarter than some humans...
