Why a midget? Those guys are not better than normal in
leg power production per unit weight. What you want is
a tall skinny dude for that kinda race, such as moi. Ive
always wanted to try out for such a thing at 6 ft and 125 lbs.
The best efforts at human powered hover to date can
stay off the floor for a short time but always in ground
effect. spike
