Fortunately spaghetti affect me differently than they do Sophia.
At 13 she was nicknamed "the stick". Then she liked "bucatini".
Bucatini look like thick spaghetti and earned their name because
they are hollow ("buco" = hole). While they are generally called bucatini,
in Naples they are called "perciatelli". Bucatini were invented by
Gioacchino Rossini (the composer) who used to inject hot tomato
sauce through those holes. A gastro-singularity.
