And your inability or refusal to understand, comprehend, or give any credence to

Its all in the context, dear Zero. With respect to my rights, as far as the
government is concerned, they are absolute. My rights, with respect to other
individuals, are limited by the extent of their rights, in equal measure. There
is a distinct difference, and a clear delineation and application of, the two
terms when applied to two different subjects. N'est-ce pas?
