I like the fact that you acknowledge the immaturity of Homo sapiens. But Big
Brothers don't get to be Big Brothers by safeguarding technology.
The ones who become Big Brothers are the ones who most want to become Big
Brothers, and the ones who most want to become Big Brothers are the least
mature. I think solving this problem should be job one for extropians.
