Yes it Does, at least appear feasible, and yet its really un-persued as a
primary energy source. But then again, to me, gradual improvements of the
old science of electrolysis seems plausible, for hydrogen production, yet
again, its a non-starter. Nitinol was kind of pimped by CNN many years ago,
but its no energy source. Maglich is or was a physicist working with
bombarding the nucleii of Lithium and Boron with extra protons for what he
termed 'aneutronic' energy. In any case nothing ever happended with it.
